By accessing montaveris.com you agree to these terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation to these terms.
2. What Montaveris provides
We publish reviews, ratings, histories, commentary and links concerning free-to-play online games. Scores and selections are editorial opinions, not guarantees of quality, availability, safety, compatibility or suitability for a particular person.
Live-service games change. We aim for accuracy, but a publisher may change platforms, servers, features, age ratings, regional availability or monetisation after our last review. Check the official game page before downloading.
3. What “free” means here
“Free”, “free to play” and “no real money required” mean that a meaningful core game can be accessed without a required purchase at the time of our editorial review. A listed game may still offer optional cosmetics, subscriptions, battle passes, convenience items, virtual currency or other in-app purchases.
Montaveris does not promise that every item or expansion is free. We do not encourage unauthorised downloads, account trading, payment circumvention or breaches of a publisher’s terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may browse and share links to the site for lawful personal use. You must not:
- interfere with the site, probe its security or attempt unauthorised access;
- use automated systems in a way that imposes an unreasonable load or bypasses access controls;
- misrepresent Montaveris content, remove attribution or imply publisher endorsement;
- upload or send malicious code, unlawful material or abusive communications; or
- use the site to infringe another person’s rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, users or our legal interests.
5. Intellectual property and game assets
Montaveris’ original layout, brand, copy and editorial scoring are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Game names, logos, screenshots, key art and related marks belong to their respective publishers and licensors. They are displayed for identification, commentary and review. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
If you own rights in material shown here and believe its use should be reviewed, contact us with the page, work and basis of the request. We will assess legitimate notices promptly.
6. Third-party services
Official links lead to services we do not control. Downloads, accounts, online conduct, purchases and disputes on those services are governed by the publisher’s terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for checking system requirements, regional availability, age classifications and parental controls.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties that are not mandatory and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on editorial content, third-party outages, downloads or interactions with other players.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
